Shipping Methods, Costs and Delivery Policies

CandidateSigns.com does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, Military APO/FPO Addresses, to U.S. Territories, including the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
 
CandidateSigns.com will only ship to physical addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute on the product page upon entering your five-digit zip code.
 
Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not combine shipping. Items ship in their own packages for protection and quality assurance.
 
We do not negotiate shipping charges shipping charges are set by size, weight and distance. Please remember, carriers charge a fuel surcharge at this time. Shipping is expensive and we do everything in our power to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
 
Standard Delivery
 
In most cases, your order will be delivered by UPS Standard Ground shipping. Typically, that's two to five business days. In some instances, we may select another carrier at our sole discretion. We cannot ship using your preferred carrier, nor can we charge the shipping to your account number with any carrier.
 
Depending on the products you purchase and your delivery address, different shipping methods are available.

. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear payment authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) Central Time, or your order will be processed until the following business day.
 
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding observed federal and religious holidays.
Please remember, UPS and most major carriers observe various federal and religious holidays. When considering the timing of your order, please calculate weekdays in which carries do not provide service.
 
Freight Deliveries
 
Freight shipments are charged on the assumption of a commercial delivery location. If you would like a freight delivery made at a residential location, please call customer service at 1-833-437-4467 and advise us. There is an additional $50.00 charge for residential freight delivery.
 
Inside delivery is required any time that a dock is not available and the driver is required to unload shipment. Drivers are only required to place merchandise inside of the 1st door of the 1st level of the building.
 
Non-Commercial delivery charges are required to residential homes, schools, churches, and self-storage units. Customer must be present to accept and sign for deliveries. Guarantee delivery times do not apply. Inside delivery charges may also apply unless the customer is willing to unload merchandise themselves.
 
Freight delivering to a trade show or exposition center will have an additional service charge imposed by the carrier. Please call for expo freight pricing.
 
If the delivery location is unable to accept delivery of a shipment after it has gone out for delivery the carrier will impose a re-delivery fee. If the delivery location will not be able to accept delivery for an extended period of time the carrier will impose a storage fee that is based on weight.
 
Prices quoted are based on the assumption that the driver will have clear access to the delivery location. If the delivery location cannot be accessed because of low hanging power lines, low tree limbs, mud roads, narrow streets that would prevent the normal flow of traffic, locations where delivery trucks are prohibited or where a hazardous condition prevent delivery, the customer would then be required to pick up the merchandise at the truck terminal.
 
Lift-gate delivery service is required when the delivery location does not have a dock and the customer requires that the merchandise be kept on the skid. Lift-gate service may also be required on shipments over 4999 lbs. when a delivery dock is not available and inside or residential delivery has been requested. The customer is required to move freight inside of building. If the driver is required to move freight from the street then inside delivery charges will also apply. If lift-gate service is required for any reason, guaranteed transit time is voided.
 
If a delivery appointment is required before delivery, the request must be made prior to shipping. There is a charge of $100.00 for this appointment delivery service. If an appointment is required on a shipment the guarantee transit time is voided. Delivery appointment will add one to three business days to freight times.
 
Claims for late delivery on guaranteed shipments must be submitted within two business days of the scheduled delivery date. Guaranteed claims are void if the delay is due to adverse weather conditions, civil unrest, or the customer's inability to accept delivery, or missed delivery.
 
Before signing for the shipment the customer should inspect freight and make notations on the delivery receipt of any damage or shortages.
 
The customer should verify that the delivery receipt shows the correct number of boxes and skids being delivered and that the condition of the merchandise is acceptable. All shortages or damage should be noted on delivery receipt prior to signing for the delivery. Please contact customer service immediately with reports or shortages.
